Payment of the registration fees by credit card, debit or invoice is due immediately after participant(s) receive(s) confirmation of registration or an invoice. In the case of on site registration, the registration fees must either be paid in cash, or via EC or credit card (VISA/Mastercard). If a registered participant is unable to attend for valid reasons, another participant can attend in lieu of him/her, subject to the terms of cancellation below. The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.

 

 

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing.

Before July 15, 2010: 75% of  fee refunded
Before September 15, 2010: 50% of fee refunded
After September 15, 2010: no refund possible
In case your abstract will not be approved, you are entitled to 100 % refund.
